Process Coordinator

You will be responsible for overseeing the processes to ensure alignment with documented procedures and daily actions. This includes resolving any issues that may arise with procedures, tools, or individuals. In case of process issues, you will escalate them to the process owner and program manager. Additionally, you will provide scheduling and logistical coordination, oversee events, troubleshoot problems, and offer training to constituents. You may also supervise designated employees and affiliates, analyze and streamline production processes, coordinate equipment upgrades, and collaborate with process engineers and production managers to suggest improvements. Maintaining confidentiality of client and company data is crucial, and you will need to coordinate with Process Developers and CS Support for process documents and tool/system functionality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure adherence to documented processes - Resolve issues related to procedures, tools, or personnel - Escalate process issues to relevant stakeholders - Provide scheduling and logistical coordination for events - Conduct training sessions for constituents - Analyze and streamline production processes - Coordinate equipment upgrades and maintenance - Collaborate with process engineers and production managers - Maintain confidentiality of client and company data - Coordinate with Process Developers and CS Support **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of total work experience preferred - Ability to work night shifts - Willingness to travel up to 50% This is a full-time permanent role with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, and provident fund.
