As a Process Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to oversee and ensure the adherence to documented processes on a daily basis. You will be required to resolve any issues that may arise with procedures, tools, or personnel, and escalate process-related issues to the process owner and program manager when necessary. Your role will also involve scheduling and coordinating logistical aspects, providing training to constituents, and potentially supervising designated employees or affiliates. Additionally, you will be involved in analyzing and streamlining production and manufacturing processes, coordinating equipment upgrades and maintenance, and collaborating with process engineers and production managers to suggest improvements and implement changes. It is essential to maintain confidentiality of client and company data at all times. Furthermore, you will work closely with Process Developers to review process documents and coordinate with CS Support teams from different providers to ensure the proper functioning of tools and systems. The job may require you to work full-time with a permanent job type, offering benefits such as cell phone and internet reimbursement, flexible schedules, and a Provident Fund. The role includes various shift options, including day shift, fixed shift, morning shift, and rotational shift, with additional benefits like performance bonuses and shift allowances. The ability to commute or relocate to Dera Bassi, Punjab, is required. The preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree, with 1 year of total work experience preferred. Night shift availability is required, while day shift availability is preferred. A willingness to travel up to 50% is also preferred.
