1. Keep the checkpoints that everything is going on as per the production planning. 2. Should be authoritative. 3. Should have experience in manufacturing or be interested in manufacturing. 4. Give support to management by sharing correct reports on time. 5. Need to play the role of active communicator between head office and manufacturing unit. 6.
