Job Description

Housekeeping and Facility Upkeep: Oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain the facility.
AMC Management: Coordinate timely service visits for critical assets such as HVAC, CCTV, EPABX, tea and coffee units, water dispensers, fire extinguishers, plant maintenance, and pest control.
Inventory Tracking: Implement a tracking mechanism to ensure the availability of housekeeping, stationery, and pantry consumables.
Asset Allocation: Manage and record allocations of workstations, chairs, pedestal keys, lockers, and storage keys.
Waste Management: Ensure waste disposal is in compliance with MPCB norms.
Workforce Management: Optimize the performance of housekeeping attendants, pantry boys, and office assistants.
Training: Conduct sessions on personal grooming, well-being, and self-development for housekeeping attendants and pantry boys.
Event Support: Provide support during HR and marketing team events.
First Aid and Medical Room Maintenance: Maintain first-aid supplies and medical room upkeep.
Facility Repairs: Oversee timely facility-related repairs and maintenance.
Cafeteria Operations: Manage day-to-day cafeteria and pantry operations.
Visitor Management: Arrange support for visitor, guest, and customer visits.
