You will be responsible for leading a team in an International BFSI Process within a BPO setting. Your primary location will be in Indore, India. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in BPO operations, with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Lead specifically in a BFSI process. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring a team of customer service/financial advisors to ensure high engagement and performance levels. You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the BFSI process, ensuring compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, accuracy, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction will be essential. Additionally, you will conduct regular feedback sessions, training, and upskilling initiatives for team members, as well as ensure adherence to financial regulations, data security policies, and industry compliance standards. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate degree, preferably in a Commerce/Finance-related field, along with a strong understanding of BFSI processes such as loans, credit cards, banking operations, or insurance claims. As a Process Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to oversee and ensure the adherence to documented processes on a daily basis. You are an experienced Team Lead responsible for managing and mentoring a team within the U.S. Logistics Sales & Operations process. Your main duties include overseeing client interactions with American manufacturers, distributors, and trucking companies to ensure targets are achieved while maintaining high service quality. This role requires a combination of leadership, client management, process oversight, and team performance tracking. Your key responsibilities will involve supervising, guiding, and mentoring a team handling US logistics coordination & sales calls. You will be responsible for monitoring daily team activities to ensure that quality and productivity targets are met. Additionally, you will assist in complex rate negotiations and handling escalated client calls. Tracking and analyzing team KPIs and reporting performance to management, training new team members, ensuring accurate updates in CRM and internal tools, handling daily client communications when necessary, and managing shift rosters and team discipline for the US shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST) are also part of your responsibilities. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in international voice process, logistics, sales, or BPO, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role. Excellent spoken and written English skills, strong leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution abilities, the capability to handle targets and drive team performance, willingness to work in US shift hours, strong logical reasoning and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM, email tools, and reporting dashboards are essential for this role. Preferred background includes graduates (B. Com, BBA, MBA, or similar) with prior experience in logistics coordination, freight brokerage, BPO sales, or client servicing in the US market. Experience in managing 5-10 member teams in a similar environment is also preferred.
