Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Audit Professional located in Chennai. The Process Audit Professional will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing process gaps, conducting thorough audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include preparing detailed audit reports, recommending process improvements, and collaborating with various departments to enhance overall operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong understanding of business process, Finance, and Accounting principles Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing process gap and identifying discrepancies Effective Communication skills for reporting audit findings and collaborating with teams Relevant experience in auditing and continuous improvement Ability to work independently with attention to detail Bachelor's degree in engineerin, Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certifications such as IMS or CMMI or six sigma are a plus Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous Show more Show less
