Job Title: Process Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to support day-to-day operations by executing tasks accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling process-related activities such as data entry, documentation, transaction processing, and client interaction (if applicable). You will play a key role in ensuring seamless business operations and maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned tasks such as data entry, transaction processing, and document verification accurately and on time
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to maintain quality and compliance
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and support implementation
• Communicate effectively with team members, internal departments, or clients as needed
• Maintain and update records and reports with a high level of accuracy
• Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data confidentiality norms
• Meet productivity and quality targets consistently

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Business Administration, Commerce, or similar)
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
