Role Overview:

Process Associate

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Coordinate end-to-end patient care activities including scheduling, follow-ups, interdisciplinary referrals.
• Serve as a communication bridge between clinicians and care teams to ensure timely information exchange and visit confirmations.
• Monitor and manage clinical communications through threads, email and fax, ensuring all correspondence is addressed promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in healthcare systems in compliance with data protection policies.
• Schedule clinician visits based on prescribed frequencies and obtain required visit authorizations.
• Coordinate workflows to support timely and effective execution of clinician tasks, minimizing delays in patient care.
• Act as the primary contact point for clinician queries related to assigned patient groups, providing prompt and clear responses.
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to Team Leads for immediate intervention.
• Perform additional coordination or administrative responsibilities as assigned by the leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate degree; MBA is an advantage.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in backend operations, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Typing Speed).
• Willingness to work in night shifts (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM).
• Candidates based in or around Trivandrum preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
