Process Associate

We are hiring experienced International Customer Support Associates who can handle customer queries, provide resolution, and deliver an excellent customer experience for global clients. Candidates with strong communication skills and prior international process experience are preferred.

Location-Hyderabad

Salary- Up to 4.9LPA

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer queries
• Ensure first call resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
• Update customer records and documentation in CRM
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance rules
• Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO/Customer Support
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to handle pressure & multitask
• Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs
• Undergraduate & Graduate both can apply
