About the Company

• Handle inbound and outbound member calls efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly
• Maintain data accuracy and proper documentation as per compliance guidelines
• Adhere to service quality and productivity standards
• Exhibit strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills

Mandatory Skills / Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
• SVAR Score: Minimum 60
• Strong English comprehension, analytical thinking, and multitasking ability
• Basic computer proficiency and good business writing skills
• Customer-service-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Should not be enrolled in any full-time course
• Must be comfortable working from office and in night shifts
