Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Associate located in Jaipur. The Process Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations supporting the business processes. Duties include managing customer service interactions, analyzing data to improve processes, providing support in financial operations, and ensuring communication across various departments. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data
  • Proficient in Customer Service and adept in managing client interactions
  • Good Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge and experience in Finance operations
  • Familiarity with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
