Process Associate

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls, conducting client interviews, and verifying information. - Following communication scripts while addressing various topics. - Identifying customers" needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives. - Seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise. - Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile. - Keeping records of all conversations in the call center database in a clear and organized manner. - Attending educational seminars frequently to enhance knowledge and performance levels. - Meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
