Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate located in Ahmedabad. The Process Associate will be responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day operations in Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical Support, and Care Management services. Key tasks include analyzing financial data, interacting with customers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving business process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make Inbound/Outbound calls to US insurance providers to follow up on medical claims.
• Handle inbound queries related to claims, billing status, and patient appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments and update records accurately in the system.
• Document call details and update claim status efficiently.
• Achieve daily/weekly performance targets for call handling and collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth claim resolution.
