Process Associate

Job Title: Process Associate – EVBV (US Healthcare)
Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Ahmedabad (WFO) | Shift: 6:30 PM–3:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls from patients and providers
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, prior authorization, and coverage details
• Enter and maintain accurate patient data in systems
• Track and update new patient referrals
• Communicate with physicians, providers, and internal teams
• Maintain referral logs, scheduling lists, and documentation
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies
• Perform admin tasks including faxing, data entry, and document updates

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field
• 6–12 months experience in EVBV / RCM / US Healthcare preferred — however, freshers with strong English communication skills are also welcome to apply
• Good computer & softphone handling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Knowledge of insurance portals like Availity, NaviNet is a plus.
