Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Process Associate. The Process Associate will be responsible for supporting and improving business processes, performing data analysis, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders. The role also includes coordinating and optimizing operational workflows to maintain a high standard of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve business processes effectively.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to address client or stakeholder needs professionally and efficiently.
• Strong Communication skills to convey information clearly and collaborate with team members and external partners.
• Knowledge in Finance or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to remote working environments.
• Educational background in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in process management, customer service, or related roles is an advantage.
