Role Overview: You will be the Process and Chemical Pre-Sales Lead, responsible for leading the pre-sales process for process and chemical manufacturing opportunities. This includes developing solutions, creating proposals, and delivering presentations to clients. Your role will involve collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams to understand customer requirements and design customized solutions to address their manufacturing challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends. - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts. - Lead and guide a team of pre-sales professionals to ensure the successful execution of pre-sales activities. Qualifications Required: - 17+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the process and chemical manufacturing industry. - Strong technical background and a deep understanding of process and chemical manufacturing technologies and solutions. - Proven track record of successfully leading pre-sales efforts and winning new business in this sector. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences. - Strong leadership and team management skills for mentoring a team of pre-sales professionals. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. - Exposure to the global market, particularly in the USA and Canada, will be beneficial for this role.,
