Process Analyst

Working Mode:

• Lead end-to-end process analysis and improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Utilize process mining and task mining tools to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
• Develop and run process simulations to predict outcomes and guide decision-making.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and align process improvements with business needs.
• Create detailed process maps, documentation, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

• 5+ years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, or similar roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex processes.
• Proven stakeholder management and influence capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management abilities including task prioritization and deadline management.
• Proficiency in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining), task mining, and simulation tools.
• Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Programming skills in Python with data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
• Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., R, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for data integration and processing.
