Role & responsibilities

Perform
daily product configuration and validation
for
GSM and Mobile Financial Services (MFS)
portfolios.
Automate key business and operational processes
to enhance accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
Collaborate with international market entities
to understand local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Coordinate with technical and IT teams
to ensure timely, quality, and error-free project delivery.
Analyze business and regulatory requirements
to ensure compliance and effective implementation.
Identify and close revenue opportunities and leakages
across GSM and MFS domains, driving profitability.
Track key deliverables and project milestones
, ensuring strong governance and end-to-end accountability

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication skills

• Excellent MS Excel know how

• Basic SQL

• Good knowledge of Telecom
