Principal Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our

team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both frontend and

back-end development, specializing in ReactJS and Node.js.

Location: Remote

Essential Skills: ReactJS, Node.js, microservices architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases,

and cloud platforms

Good to have skills: Next.js

Qualification: B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Tech., M.E., M.Sc.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and

Node.js, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and

enhance new features.

Contribute to the entire software development life-cycle, including agile

development, prototyping, deployment, and ongoing support with a small

team of developers.

Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers.

Design and optimize database schemas for performance and efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, integrating best practices

into development processes.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.

Proficiency with the React ecosystem, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.

Experience with AWS, Serverless, Microservices, GraphQL, and Docker.

Experience with Next.js is good to have

Strong understanding of testing frameworks and techniques, including unit,

integration, and end-to-end testing.

Familiarity with build tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work

independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and cross-

functional teams.
