• Role: Principal Full Stack Engineer (Multiple Positions)
• Engagement Type: Contract / Independent Consultant
• Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere)
• Duration: 12 months (strong extension potential)
• Start Date: Immediate or within the next few weeks

• Lead design and development of end-to-end full stack applications.
• Own architecture and technical decision-making across frontend and backend layers.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications.
• Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Review code, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and reliability of solutions.
• Support deployments, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to technical documentation and system design artifacts.

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise across backend and frontend technologies.
• Deep experience with Java and modern frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Strong frontend experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience working in cloud-based environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, global delivery model.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated testing.
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as SAP is a plus.
• Prior experience in global transformation or modernization programs.

• Multiple long-term roles on a high-visibility global program.
• Fully remote engagement with flexibility and global exposure.
• Strong likelihood of contract extension beyond the initial term.
