Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Principal to lead the school’s academic and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in school leadership, deep understanding of GSEB curriculum, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Leadership
• Oversee and ensure effective implementation of GSEB curriculum.
• Monitor teaching quality and academic progress across all grades.
• Plan and supervise co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Implement academic audits and teacher evaluations.
• Staff Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Organize teacher training and development programs.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Student Development
• Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Promote character building, student engagement, and parental involvement.
• Handle student grievances, parent concerns, and counseling when required.
• Administrative Oversight
• Manage day-to-day school operations, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with GSEB norms, regulatory bodies, and affiliations.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and reporting with the school management and authorities.
• Community Engagement & Branding
• Represent the school in external forums, community events, and academic networks.
• Promote the school’s brand, admissions, and public relations activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate Degree in any discipline + B.Ed. (Mandatory)
• Minimum 8–10 years of teaching experience; 3–5 years in an administrative/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GSEB syllabus and education policies.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Gujarati is preferred.
