We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Principal to lead Firstcry Intellitots, Saket Nagar, Bhopal. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the preschool, ensuring high-quality early childhood education, maintaining academic excellence, and fostering a safe, nurturing, and joyful learning environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide visionary leadership to teachers, staff, and students. Oversee day-to-day school operations, administration, and compliance with policies. Ensure effective implementation of the Firstcry Intellitots curriculum. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly environment. Recruit, train, and mentor teaching and support staff. Build strong communication and relationships with parents and guardians. Organize events, celebrations, and activities that encourage holistic child development. Monitor student progress and maintain high standards of teaching-learning practices. Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and ensure smooth school operations. Represent the school in the local community and uphold its values and reputation. Qualifications & SkillsGraduate/Postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field (preferred). Minimum 5–7 years of teaching/administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of early childhood pedagogy and child development practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with staff, students, and parents.
