Responsibilities: • Lead the CSE department in academic, administrative, and research functions. • Curriculum planning, faculty mentoring, and student development. • Drive research projects, publications, and funded proposals. • Coordinate with industry partners for internships, placements, and MoUs. • Ensure NAAC/AICTE/UGC compliance and contribute to institutional accreditation goals. • Foster a culture of academic excellence and discipline among faculty and students. Educational Qualification & Experience: • Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering (or related specialisation) is mandatory. • Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in engineering colleges, with at least 3 years in an administrative or leadership role. • Proven record of research publications, academic leadership, and industry collaborations. • Familiarity with NBA/NAAC processes and outcome-based education is highly desirable.
