Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Thrissur for the Principal position at Malabar College of Engineering and Technology. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the college. Qualifications Leadership and management experience in educational institutions Proficiency in academic administration and planning Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive academic environment Experience with accreditation processes and compliance with educational standards Advanced degree in Engineering or related field; Ph.D. is preferred Proven track record of research and publications Ability to represent the institution in professional forums and networks
