Were looking for a

Principal Engineer

with deep backend expertise to join our team and play a pivotal role in the

enhancement, support, and modernization

PrintFlow Classic

, a core scheduling solution trusted by leading Print Packaging customers worldwide.

What Youll Do

Lead backend development and maintenance of PrintFlow Classic
Enhance existing features and ensure high system reliability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Work with legacy technologies (VB5) for a fixed period, with a focus on modernization.

What You Bring:

10+ years of experience in backend development
Strong proficiency in
.NET (C#)
and
SQL Server
Willingness to work with
VB5
during transition phase
Experience in enterprise-grade software development
Excellent problem-solving and architectural skills
Passion for clean code, performance optimization, and scalable design.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Print or Packaging industry solutions
Familiarity with scheduling or production planning systems
Exposure to modernization projects or legacy system migration
