Job Requirements

B.Tech / B.E Degree in Packaging Technology from a premier institute in India.
Thorough understanding of the Manufacturing of Packaging Processes and the core concepts
3 years of industry experience in Corrugated, Carton or Label or Flexible Packaging Converters
Experience or Exposure to Print MIS / ERP software would be preferred.
Strong problem-solving ability / Strong technical aptitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great team player, Must be motivated; a self-starter, results oriented individual with a successful track record

Test cases and Defect documentation, tracking & reporting through JIRA
Achieve sprint goals by working proactively as a good team player.
Working with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis.
Working with product owners and developers at all stages to promote quality
Communicate effectively within the team and participate in the agile scrum process to understand, test and deliver the requirements.
