Job Overview: We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex logistics problems with technology. In this role, you will work closely with Senior Product leads, taking ownership of specific use cases within the Locus Suite of products. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of logistics principles and a proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring we successfully transform how logistics operates at the intersection of automation and intelligence. Key Responsibilities Manage the Product Lifecycle: Manage the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch and future iterations to ensure successful delivery Own Product Use Cases: Own the execution and success of a specific product use case, ensuring your deliverables align with the broader product roadmap and company goals. Scope, Groom, Develop, Release new features and gather customer feedback Define Core Capabilities: Define and help build core platform capabilities Collaborate with CrossFunctional Teams : Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders (architects, engineering), internal business teams (solutions, sales, customer success), and product marketing to ensure solutions align with business objectives, effectively support new regions, meet customer demands, and maintain cohesive messaging internally and externally. Measure and Improve: Define, measure, and improve key product metrics. Who You Are 3–5 years of product management experience with SaaS, logistics, and enterprise software at scale. Prior experience with core logistics operations, or building Dispatch Management Systems (DMS)/Transport Management Systems (TMS) strongly preferred. Experience working with global, distributed teams. Data-driven decision-maker: you use metrics to measure product success and guide priorities. As an experienced Delivery Leader at Locus, your primary responsibility will be to build and lead the global delivery organization, focusing on end-to-end client onboarding, implementation, and successful go-live for enterprise customers, particularly in the Western markets like North America and Europe. You will be expected to demonstrate strong operational leadership, expertise in enterprise program management, and the ability to scale a high-performing team that is customer-centric and capable of managing complex multi-country rollouts. Your key responsibilities will include: Building and leading the Delivery Function: - Establishing the global delivery organization from scratch, including designing processes, governance models, and defining performance metrics. - Hiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing delivery team comprising regional leaders, project managers, solution architects, and onboarding specialists. - Driving collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery to Business As Usual (BAU) operations. Ensuring Enterprise Implementation Excellence: - Taking ownership of end-to-end delivery for large-scale enterprise clients, managing the process from contract signing to successful go-live. - Developing and enforcing project management frameworks, including PMO standards, risk management, and change control. - Ensuring that implementations meet contractual obligations, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Managing Stakeholders & Executives: - Acting as the primary escalation point for senior stakeholders at both client and internal leadership levels. - Navigating complex global accounts with stakeholders across multiple countries, ensuring alignment and proactive communication. Scaling & Standardizing Operations: - Implementing repeatable onboarding and delivery playbooks that can be scaled across different industries and geographies. - Measuring delivery efficiency through data-driven KPIs and continuously improving processes to enhance speed, quality, and customer satisfaction. Focusing on Western Market Clients: - Leveraging cultural and operational insights to ensure high adoption and smooth change management for Western enterprise clients. - Adapting delivery and onboarding approaches to suit the specific needs of clients in North America and Europe. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 12-18 years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery, implementation, or program management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position. - A proven track record of scaling delivery organizations in a high-growth environment. - Strong understanding of Western enterprise customer expectations, governance practices, and communication styles. - Experience in delivering multi-country, multi-stakeholder rollouts for Fortune 500 or equivalent clients. - Preference for certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile. - Willingness to travel globally as needed. Success in this role will be measured by: - On-time and on-budget delivery of client go-lives. - High customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) at go-live. - Reduction in time-to-value across projects. - Scaling the delivery team with defined global/regional roles and playbooks.
