Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Principal Consultant. The Principal Consultant will be responsible for providing strategic advice to clients, managing client engagements from start to finish, conducting in-depth analyses, and presenting actionable recommendations. This role involves extensive collaboration with client teams, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The Principal Consultant is also expected to develop new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing strategic advice and managing client engagements
• Strong analytical skills and experience conducting in-depth analyses
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior consultants
• Experience in business development and contributing to company growth
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
