Someone who knows how to open doors, build long-term relationships, and close multi-million rupee mandates with credibility and consistency. What You Will Own End-to-end business development from prospecting to closure CXO-level relationship building with CHROs, Founders, and Business Heads Tracking sector intelligence including org changes, people moves, and funding rounds Outbound business development via LinkedIn, referrals, and email campaigns Proposal writing, commercial negotiations, and client pitches Collaborating with Partners and Consultants to grow and retain key accounts Building trust with every conversation knowing the sales cycle is long and strategic Who This Role Is For You have 6 to 10 years of experience in B2B business development You have closed enterprise clients with ticket sizes of INR 10 lakh and above You already have a working network of CHROs and Talent Heads You have sold HR services, consulting, SaaS, or executive search You are confident in front of senior leadership and boardrooms You can write proposals, tailor narratives, and run the sales process end to end You thrive on ownership, think commercially, and are ready to build something What We Offer A Partner-led team with deep client trust and a clear mandate A sharp delivery team so you can sell with confidence Real incentives and commissions linked to what you bring in A fast-growth, zero-politics environment The opportunity to build a book of business across India and GCC Show more Show less
