Our services include complete MEP Designs, Calculations, Drafting, Detailed Quantitative BOQs, and Specifications. JSE is also one of the few companies with a 3D Modelling team skilled in creating clash-free coordinated 3D Models, Sections, and detailed drawings.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Architect located in Chennai. The Principal Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, managing project teams, and ensuring integration with other disciplines. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural plans, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, overseeing project progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in BIM
• 15+ Years of Experience Required
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Experience in MEP Design is a plus
