About the Role

Center of Excellence (CoE) in India

This is a senior leadership role responsible for:

• Designing

  innovative AI and Agentic AI solutions

  ,
• Driving technical strategy and delivery,
• Supporting sales growth in the US Healthcare & Life Sciences market.

You will collaborate closely with US-based Sales, Data, and Cloud leaders to craft AI transformation roadmaps, architect high-impact solutions, and secure client engagements. Your expertise will drive end-to-end delivery while expanding Infocion’s presence in Healthcare and Life Sciences.

Only apply if you are already employed as an AI Architect (not a pure Data Engineering role).

Must Have:

• 8+ years

  in AI architecture, AI/ML solution delivery, and client-facing consulting, including

  2+ years in US market client engagement

  .
• Deep technical expertise in

  AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI frameworks

  (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGPT, BabyAGI, LangGraph).
• Strong background in

  predictive analytics, NLP, and knowledge orchestration

  .
• Experience architecting

  complex AI ecosystems

  with frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and modern data pipelines (Spark, Airflow, Kafka).

• MLOps

  expertise: model training, deployment, monitoring, governance.
• Created or applied consulting assets: AI maturity models, GenAI readiness templates, reference architectures.
• At least

  4 years in client-facing leadership roles

  in Life Sciences, Biotech, or Healthcare.
• Sales-oriented mindset: proven ability to support client pitches, proposals, and

  AI-driven deal closures

  in US Healthcare/Life Sciences.
• Based in a major India tech hub (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Chennai).

Key Responsibilities

AI & Agentic AI Architecture Leadership

• Lead end-to-end AI & Agentic AI strategy, from opportunity discovery to deployment.
• Architect

  agentic workflows

  (autonomous systems that reason, plan, act) integrated with EHR, CTMS, CRM, and compliance frameworks.
• Design scalable, secure, compliant solutions for predictive analytics, NLP, pharmacovigilance, RWE, and clinical trial automation.
• Define Infocion’s

  Agentic AI playbook

  , including maturity models, ROI calculators, and reference architectures.
• Ensure solutions are

  compliance-ready

  (HIPAA, FDA, GxP, EMA, SOC2).

Sales & Client Engagement

• Act as a

  trusted advisor

  to US clients, translating AI/Agentic AI into measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Sales leadership to shape proposals,

  differentiate Infocion’s Agentic AI capabilities

  , and close new business.
• Drive discovery workshops, roadmap sessions, and solution envisioning for CXOs.

Team & CoE Leadership

• Build and mentor a blended India team of AI architects, engineers, and analysts.
• Foster innovation in

  Agentic AI solution delivery

  .
• Ensure measurable ROI in every engagement.

Compensation

• Pre-revenue stage:

  up to $500/month retainer (deferred until first revenue), flexible 4–40 hrs/week.

• After first project:

  $32–$37/hour based on billable project hours.

• Post 2–3 projects:

  Eligible for fixed salary up to

  ₹60 lakh

  annually.

• Sales incentives:

  1–2% commission on deal value.
