Job Description

Provide first and second-line support for Oracle Primavera Unifier, diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues
Manage user access, permissions, and security roles within the Unifier application
Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to understand requirements and assist with configuration and customization of business processes
Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and proactively identify potential issues
Document support activities, resolutions, and process changes
Liaise with Oracle Support for escalation and resolution of complex issues
Assist with user training and creation of support materials as needed
Participate in system upgrades, patching, and integration testing
Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance requirements in all system activities Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier as an administrator or support analyst
Familiarity with Unifier modules such as project and cost management, schedule management, and business process configuration
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of database concepts (e
g, SQL) and web technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in environments with strong security and compliance requirements preferred
Oracle certifications relevant to Unifier or Primavera suite
Experience with integration between Unifier and other enterprise systems
Previous experience in the construction, engineering, or capital project industries
