Role Description

GKC Consultants is expanding its team for upcoming Semiconductor Projects and inviting experienced professionals with strong technical expertise and planning acumen to join our growing organization. This is a full-time, on-site role for Primavera P6 Planners and Project Trackers. The professionals will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, managing project controls, tracking progress, and analyzing deviations to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation, ensuring compliance with project objectives, and generating detailed reports for decision-making support. Strong communication and coordination with cross-functional teams will be essential in the role.

We are looking for skilled professionals for the following designations:

🔹 Planning Engineer and Project Tracker - 05

Disciplines: Civil & Structure | Architecture | Mechanical | Electrical | Process System | Clean Room

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Semiconductor Projects

Key Skills:

Project planning and scheduling using tools like Primavera P6 / MS Project

Progress tracking, reporting, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams

Knowledge of semiconductor cleanroom standards will be an added advantage

Qualifications

• Expertise in Planning & Scheduling, with strong skills in project timelines and resource optimization
• Proficiency in Project Control and the ability to ensure adherence to objectives and timelines
• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying issues, assessing project risks, and implementing solutions
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in infrastructure and commercial projects is highly desirable
