Primavera Consultant - Oracle EPM Platform

Key Responsibilities

• Consulting Expertise : Provide expert-level guidance and support on Oracle EPM and Primavera P6 solutions for project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Project Management : Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of project schedules.
• System Optimization : Analyze, configure, and optimize Oracle EPM and Primavera P6 to meet the unique needs of the clients business and projects.
• Training & Support : Offer training sessions for users on Primavera P6 and Oracle EPM, providing ongoing support for any system-related issues.
• Reporting & Analysis : Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance, helping teams make data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project objectives are met and stakeholders are satisfied.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in Primavera P6 and Oracle EPM implementations.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, resource management, and reporting within Primavera P6 and Oracle EPM.
• Experience with project management methodologies, including PMP or Prince2 (a plus).
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to train and mentor team members on Primavera and Oracle EPM functionalities.
  

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Primavera P6 or Oracle EPM (a plus).
• Experience with data integration and customizations of Oracle EPM.
• Strong knowledge of project control processes and methodologies.
