S/he will ensure timely payment and collection from all business partners. S/he is also expected to actively take part in all business related documentation, planning and reporting activities. S/He will coordinate with his reporting supervisor for all types of necessary reporting(On-line and Off Line and Electronic/Paper based reporting) S/he will develop new businesses from the same territory. S/he will coordinate for all marketing and promotional activities for 2.5 NVG products and services in this territory. To support the partners to organize all relevant field/trade/retail promotiona activities. Additional skills/responsibilities: S/he will also coordinate for any other 2.5 NVG business models from the same territory. S/he will extend all sorts of support to other 2.5 NVG staff working for other business models in the same territory. Ensure growth in business on monthly/annual basis from his territory. Contribute to the creation of new wearers in line with the mission of 2.5 NVG 4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Work experience for at least 2 years in Business Development and management Ideally should have worked in Agriculture, FMCG, Food, Consumer-Durables in rural and developing markets. Candidates worked in the following areas may also be considered- Buisness oriented skill development projects, Social Marketing, Rural Marketing, Micro-Finance and Livelihood. Graduate from any recognised university/college. Although relevant Post Graduates would be preffered. Knowledge and exposure to optical field would be an added advantage. Job description Product: Small Appliances Role & responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible to achieve sales targets, maintain a good relationship with dealers and distributors, understand & analyze competitors products and drive distributors to attain targets. To manage and drive sales through distribution in order to attain market leadership in the given territory, through growth in gross numbers and revenues Deliver sales target for all products by executing the distribution strategy at the channel partner level. Monitor quality of acquisition through the distribution channel. Ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to the norms. Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility. Achieve a zonal revenue target for the distribution channel across all products. Keep motivation levels high through regular meetings with distributors, retailers, off roll sales representatives. Achievement of key targets in the distribution network (Sales, Revenue) in the territory. Achievement of retail outlets in terms of activating and recharge expansion targets. Channel Development and Infrastructure and Process Compliance Aggressive execution of Sales programs (i.e. new schemes/promotions/ trade engagement etc.) to deliver targeted numbers of customers and revenue. Channel Management (Distributor / FOS / Dealer ) to improve productivity and sales capabilities. Timely Collection of the market information such as competitor activities & initiatives and analyze the same with the help of Area Sales Manager to pre-empt its impact on the business. Requirements: At least 2 years in handling channel sales of small/Kitchen appliances category. Overall 4-5 years of channel sales management experience Must have experience in handling any of these cities: 1. Patna 2. Muzaffarpur, 3. Katihar, 4. Gaya.
