Primary Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Sales:

    Proactively drive sales in the assigned regions (Nagpur, Gwalior, Mumbai, and more) by engaging with distributors, retailers, and end customers.
  • Distributor Handling:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new distributors, ensuring smooth order flow and stock availability.
  • Product Promotion:

    Promote and sell electrical products like Wires, LEDs, Switches, and MCBs to the target market.
  • Nukkad Meets:

    Organize and conduct Nukkad Meets (street-level interactions) to educate the market about product benefits and gain direct customer feedback.
  • Sales Targets:

    Achieve sales goals set by the company while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting:

    Regularly report sales performance and market trends to the management team.
  • Market Analysis:

    Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide insights for future sales strategies.
  • Brand Representation:

    Serve as the face of the company, representing the brand in a professional manner during all interactions with customers and distributors.

Key Skills:

  • Field Sales experience, preferably in the electrical equipment industry.
  • Strong ability to handle distributors and manage relationships.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (1-6 years for junior-level positions, 7-10+ years for senior roles).
  • Experience in the electrical equipment sector or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with the assigned geographical locations (Nagpur, Gwalior, Mumbai, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Odisha, and other regions).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned areas.
