The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned regions, including Mumbai Suburban, Nagpur, Jaipur, and parts of Rajasthan, through distributor and retailer engagement and direct customer sales. This role is a great opportunity for those passionate about sales in the electrical equipment sector. Key Responsibilities: Sales in Electrical Equipment: Drive sales for products including wires, switches, MCBs, and LEDs across assigned regions (Mumbai Suburban, Nagpur, Jaipur, and Rajasthan). Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring efficient stock management, order flow, and regular communication. Retailer Interaction: Engage directly with retailers to promote products, increase sales, and strengthen market presence. Product Promotion: Promote and sell electrical products to ensure growth in market share and product visibility. Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned regions. Customer Engagement: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding needs, offering solutions, and building long-term relationships. Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining quality customer service. Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports, including market trends and competitor activity. Collaboration: Work with the internal team to align sales strategies and improve market penetration. Key Skills: Proven experience in sales of electrical products such as wires, switches, MCBs, and LEDs. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing distributor relationships. Ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude. Requirements: Experience: 1 to 6 years (for junior-level candidates), 7 to 20 years (for senior-level candidates) in a sales role, preferably in the electrical equipment industry. Location Familiarity: Knowledge of the assigned geographical areas (Mumbai Suburban, Nagpur, Jaipur, Rajasthan). Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
