Your Mission:

- Revolutionize Pricing Strategy: Spearhead end-to-end pricing transformation using machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics to improve competitiveness and profitability.

- Enable Commercial Excellence: Deliver actionable insights that empower commercial, sales, and marketing teams across global markets.

- Lead Strategic Projects: Own and execute high-stakes transformation initiatives that directly impact top-line performance.

- Build & Mentor Teams: Lead a growing team of analysts and solution specialists; foster a high-performance, innovation-first culture.

- Collaborate Globally: Work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders in global markets to drive cohesive data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring:

- 12+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence

- Minimum 4 years leading and developing people in dynamic, high-impact teams

- Proven expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI, and exposure to SAS, VBA, and RPA tools

- A strong foundation in pricing models, commercial strategy, and revenue optimization

- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

- Experience working in or with global logistics, supply chain, or enterprise-scale commercial functions is a major plus
