Job Title: Presentation Executive Location: AHMEDABAD Company: AWOKE Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1-2 YEARS Preferred Gender: Female (as per company preference) Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Presentation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful and visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate our brand, proposals, and event concepts to clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint/Keynote presentations for client pitches, internal meetings, and project proposals. Collaborate with business development, creative, and event teams to understand project goals and craft compelling narratives. Translate complex information into simple, visually engaging formats. Maintain brand consistency and design standards across all presentation materials. Work under tight deadlines and adapt presentations as per feedback and client expectations. Support the team in creating marketing and sales collateral, client reports, event decks, etc. Manage and organize a repository of past presentations and templates for future use. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an event, media, or advertising firm. Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, and basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop). Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal. Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and visual storytelling. Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet strict deadlines. Attention to detail and a high level of creativity. Good understanding of corporate branding and design sensibilities. Preferred Candidate: Female candidates with a creative mindset and confident personality. Prior experience in the events, advertising, or creative industry will be a plus.
