Presales Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive cross-sells, and upgrades.
Explore new markets and potential clients based on product fit and industry insights.
Work closely with end clients, channel partners, system integrator, and consultants.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and solution comparisons.
Lead and mentor a team of L1 engineers when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure and current technology trends.
Proficiency in Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Android, and iOS platforms.
Good knowledge of Software/hardware, antivirus, DLP, MDM, and remote technologies.
Ability to analyze, compare, and recommend technical solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer success.
