Presales & Solutions Engineer

Role Summary :

AI-powered language localisation solutions

Act as the technical and solution bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams—driving solution adoption, deal conversion, and successful integrations.

Presales & Solution Design

• Lead 

  end-to-end presales engagements

  , from discovery and solution positioning to technical validation and deal closure
• Design 

  scalable, low-latency AI localisation architectures

   for live streaming and VOD use cases
• Translate customer broadcast workflows into 

  customised AI dubbing and subtitle solutions

• Conduct technical demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution workshops for enterprise clients

Customer & Market Engagement

• Work closely with 

  broadcasters, sports leagues, OTT platforms, and content owners

   to understand localisation needs
• Support go-to-market strategies across 

  multi-lingual, multi-region environments

• Act as a trusted advisor on 

  language reach, audience expansion, and content monetisation strategies

Tech Integration

• Define integration approaches with 

  live video pipelines, encoders, CMS, streaming platforms, and cloud environments

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align roadmap with market needs
• Ensure solutions meet 

  latency, accuracy, scalability, and compliance requirements

• Presales / Solution Engineering leadership in 

  AI, MediaTech, or SaaS

   environments
• Strong understanding of 

  live streaming workflows, broadcast technology, and video ecosystems

• Hands-on exposure to 

  AI-based speech recognition, machine translation, text-to-speech, or localisation technologies

• Experience working with 

  global enterprise customers

   across multiple geographies
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to 

  both technical and business stakeholders
