Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing government education projects, handling end-to-end RFP processes, conceptualizing education-focused proposals, and driving strategic engagements with key stakeholders at the central and state government levels. RFP Management: End-to-end management of government RFPs, EOIs, and tenders in the education domain. Analyze and interpret tender documents to develop compliance matrices and submission plans. Collaborate with internal teams (content, technology, legal, finance) for timely and compliant proposal submissions. Lead bid preparation including technical and financial proposals, presentations, and related documentation. Project Conceptualization & Proposal Development: Develop innovative project concepts aligned with government education policies, NEP 2020, and EdTech trends. Conduct research to understand education-related government schemes, policies, and funding mechanisms. Design education solutions and models (digital learning, teacher training, curriculum design, assessment tools) for inclusion in proposals. Draft concept notes, project charters, and executive summaries for high-level government discussions. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with central/state government departments, PSUs, NGOs, and industry partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and bureaucrats in the education ecosystem. Represent the organization in government meetings, pre-bid conferences, and forums.
