Job Description

You are an experienced and dynamic Pre-Sales Manager with a strong background in AI, ML, or data analytics. You excel in client engagements, understanding complex requirements, and delivering compelling product demonstrations. You are proficient in solution designing, technical documentation, and managing various pre-sales activities to drive business growth. Your key responsibilities include conducting client meetings to understand their business needs and technical requirements. You establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You analyze and interpret client requirements to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs. You collaborate with the sales team to develop a deep understanding of the client's business objectives. You conduct detailed product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of AI/ML and data analytics solutions. Moreover, you highlight the unique value propositions and technical benefits of products. You design and propose innovative solutions that align with client requirements and business goals. You work closely with technical and product development teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with product capabilities. You prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Request for Quotations (RFQ). You ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively communicates the proposed solutions. In addition, you manage ongoing communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns. You ensure timely follow-up on all client interactions to drive the sales process forward. You work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align pre-sales activities with overall business strategies. You participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and opportunities. As a qualified candidate, you hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. You have proven hands-on experience as a technical sales or pre-sales manager in AI/ML or data analytics product lines. You possess strong expertise in client meetings, requirement gathering, and solution designing. Your excellent presentation and product demonstration skills are commendable. You are proficient in preparing technical documentation such as PRD, BRD, and RFQ. Your exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills set you apart. You can work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leveraging strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role is highly desirable.,
