Presales Manager

Role Overview:

The BFS Presales & Solutions role is responsible for leading the end-to-end presales activities for BPO opportunities in the Banking and Financial Services domain. This involves managing the entire 'lead to closure' cycle, including RFx/bid response, due diligence, and bid management for global clients in areas such as corporate/commercial banking, investment banking, asset management, and custody.

Role & responsibilities

• Actively participate and take ownership of the 'lead to closure' cycle for BPO IFS opportunities by spearheading activities such as RFx/bid response, due diligence, and bid management
• Leverage strong experience in BPO pre-sales (bid management, due diligence, etc) in the banking domain (corporate/commercial banking, investment banking, asset management, custody) while managing global clientele
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze client needs, and develop compelling solutions tailored to their specific business challenges.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the BFS domain.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiate the company's offerings
• Negotiate and finalize contractual terms, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, case studies, and marketing collateral to enhance the company's brand presence in the BFS market.
• Experience in leading large-scale, complex BPO engagements in the BFS domain.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, pricing strategies, and cost analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with MBA (MBA not mandatory but preferred)
• Over 5 years of relevant work experience in presales
• At least 7 years of total work experience
• Good experience in BPO pre-sales (bid management, due diligence, etc.) in banking (corporate/commercial banking/investment banking/asset management/custody) managing global clientele.
• Exposure to leading large-scale, complex BPO engagements in the BFS domain
