Job Description

Position Overview

Attend inbound leads & outbound calls to generate site visits for sales team for luxury residential projects & high value commercial properties.
Managing the sales cycle from "Lead to Site Visit" for HNI clients across Luxury Projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the all ongoing projects to understand the market
Understand and work on the project assigned as per the campaign.
Handle inbound leads from digital marketing channels like Google, Facebook, WhatsApp etc.
Conduct outbound calls to past inquiries, property owners, residents etc.
Pitch products to clients to generate interest.
Provide a product brief and understand client requirements by asking the right qualification questions.
Generate follow-ups and site visits from interested prospects.
Convert site visits into qualified customers.

Product & Market Training:

Initial Training of 15 days for market & process.
Monthly market refresher and upgrading sessions.
Weekly new inventory training.
Product training before every launch or activation.

Company Support:

Dialer: A strong predictive dialer system for calling leads.
CRM: Efficient CRM system for managing interested prospects.
Presales Manager: Support from a presales manager for training, closing appointments, and as a single point of contact.
Comprehensive database for outbound calling
Healthy flow of inbound Qualified leads
High-quality projects to work on.
