Presales would be responsible to in-house tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across various projects.
* Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients.
* Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads
* Cross-using leads for various projects
* Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and managing their expectations
* Preparing dashboards, updating all necessary systems, trackers, and customer history details for seamless management at all times.
* Always Offering the best possible customer delight by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity.
* Carrying ownership for every customer query.
* Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
* Graduation
* Fluent in English
* 0-3 years of experience.
* Ability to execute various programs required for high conversion of leads into sales
* Adaptability, innovation, and excellent teamwork skill
* Ability to work under pressure
