Pre Sales

As a Presales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding various projects in order to provide clear explanations to clients and generate higher walk-ins from all types of leads. You will be expected to cross-use leads for different projects and handle escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc., while effectively managing their expectations. Your role will also involve preparing dashboards, updating systems, trackers, and customer history details for seamless management at all times. Your main objective will be to offer the best possible customer delight by demonstrating qualities such as active listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness, and customer centricity. Taking ownership of every customer query and recommending potential products or services to management based on collected customer information and needs will be essential for success in this role. Additionally, you will be required to collaborate with in-house tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across various projects. The ideal candidate should possess a graduation degree, fluency in English, and 0-3 years of relevant experience. You should have the ability to execute programs aimed at converting leads into sales, along with skills in adaptability, innovation, teamwork, working under pressure, and attention to detail.,
