Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales professional located in Kolkata. The Pre Sales professional will be responsible for providing technical and consulting support during the sales process. Daily tasks include conducting customer needs analysis, delivering product demonstrations, creating proposals, and providing solutions to meet customer requirements. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team and providing excellent customer service.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
