Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a Presales Executive to join our team. The Presales Executive will be responsible for creating compelling, persuasive, and well-structured proposals in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFIs (Requests for Information), RFQs (Requests for Query) and other business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, strong research abilities, and a keen understanding of proposal development processes with proven expertise in Managed Services RFPs across Infrastructure, AI Solutions, GenAI, Cloud, Security, Applications, and Data Centre services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proposal writing, solutioning support, estimation, and bid management to craft compelling responses for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and prepare persuasive proposals.
Work with solution architects & delivery teams to design outcome-based solutions.
Build costing models, SLA/SLO frameworks, and transformation approaches (incl AIOps & automation).
Maintain proposal templates, case studies, and knowledge repositories.
Manage timelines, reviews, and ensure high-quality submissions.

Skills & Experience:

1-3 years in
Presales & Proposal Writing
for IT services & Solutions.
Strong knowledge of Managed Services RFPs across Infrastructure, AI Solutions, GenAI, Cloud, Security, Applications, and Data Centre services.
Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Full Stack Development, and emerging technologies is a plus.
Excellent communication, research, and documentation skills.
