Job Title: Pre-Sales Consultant / Pre-Sales Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant who will work closely with the sales and solution teams to understand customer requirements, design compelling solutions, and support the sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have strong customer engagement skills, solution presentation ability, and should be fluent in both English and Hindi to effectively engage with clients across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and business challenges
  • Conduct requirement analysis and map product/solution capabilities to customer pain points
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality solution demonstrations, product walkthroughs, and presentations
  • Create proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution documents, and functional specifications
  • Engage with prospects during discovery calls, POCs, and technical evaluations
  • Work with product and engineering teams to customize solutions as per client needs
  • Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and solution positioning discussions
  • Provide competitive analysis and positioning of the solution
  • Support deal closures with strong techno-functional expertise

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
  • 2–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Mandatory: Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and RFP responses
  • Strong documentation and solution-building skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in SaaS / IT Services / Enterprise Software / CRM / ERP solutions
  • Domain exposure in BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, or Technology services
  • Basic understanding of Cloud, APIs, Integrations or business workflows
  • Experience working with tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, or Lucidchart
  • Ability to create and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs)
